Born in Colorado, raised in New Mexico, I graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Business Management.  I have worked with technology for over 12 years at company's like Cingular and Verizon Wireless.  I have learned Technology is ever changing and here to stay.    This Industry and many more have limited the number of call centers and retail stores and have pushed everything online.   Wireless Workshops and device transfers are a thing of the past.  This is why Fede Tech was created. People need help with this change and can learn these new skills but need time to build confidence and learn at their own pace.
